Framed as an ASHRAE Standard 211 Level 3 investment-grade energy audit. Adjusted-baseline regression uses IPMVP Option B (retrofit isolation, all parameters) with cross-checks under Option D (calibrated simulation). Statistical acceptance is enforced against ASHRAE Guideline 14.
